Who We Are
David Green Food Consultancy Limited was formed in 2013 to cater for the growing need within the food industry for experienced technical interims capable of pro-actively tackling some of the many challenges that continue to face the sector. Who can forget the impact of the horsemeat scandal, the regularity of product recalls due to incorrect allergens or even the increasing publicity around campylobacter in raw chicken. Dealing with these challenges on top of the day to day pressures and legislative requirements (for example, (FIR) labelling regulations) continues to put food businesses under pressure and increases the need for high calibre support. With an extensive technical leadership background obtained within the most demanding and complex manufacturing environments in the UK, we have the skills, credibility and experience to support you through your most difficult times. There are many occasions when you may need our support. You may have lost a key member of staff suddenly, had a difficult audit or feel unprepared for a peak production period or upcoming visit. If you are not sure whether we can benefit you, then please contact us for a frank, no obligation discussion.
